Cancellation Policy
Thank you for choosing our services! To ensure a prompt and seamless service, please take note of the following booking policy: 1. Booking Procedure: o All bookings must be made in advance through our official booking channels www.buzzkill-pestcontrol.com. o Bookings are subject to availability. 2. Cancellation Policy: o Cancellations should be made at least 24 hours before the scheduled appointment. o Failure to cancel within this timeframe may result in a cancellation fee. o The cancellation fee amount will depend on the service booked and will be communicated at the time of booking. 3. Rescheduling: o Requests for rescheduling can be made up to 12 hours before the appointment, subject to availability. o We will do our best to accommodate your preferred new time and date. 4. Late Arrivals: o Please be on-site for your scheduled service. If you are not there, we may not be able to accomplish said service o In case of late arrival, we will make every effort to accommodate you; however, your service may be delayed another day to avoid inconvenience to other customers 5. No-show Policy: o If you fail to arrive for a scheduled appointment without prior cancellation, you may be charged a no-show fee. o The no-show fee will be equivalent to half price of the booked service. 6. Payment: o Payment is due at the time of service, unless otherwise specified. o We accept cash, credit/debit cards, and other specified payment methods. 7. Special Conditions: o Special promotions, discounts, or packages may have their own booking and cancellation policies. Please refer to specific terms and conditions for details. 8. Customer Responsibilities: o Please provide accurate information during booking, including any special considerations (e.g., allergies, medical conditions, pets). Service Modifications: o We reserve the right to modify or cancel services due to unforeseen circumstances. In such cases, we will notify you as soon as possible and offer alternatives if available.
